Mar Roxas maybe a good President. I can see the qualities of my bet before even if he lost twice in the elections, the late Senator Raul Roco.

  2. anol says:

it seems fr. ed panlilio has also some supporters out there. but i wonder how he will fare sans the party machine that is crucial to winning elections in the philippines.

  3. arman perez says:

    doris,

how about you also make a poll survey on at least 30 senatoriables including the independent and progressive left… =) thanks!

  4. elisse says:

none of the names there would make a good president. in the end you have to look at the issues they have actively participated in for the past years. and i think the only issues they were seen to actively participate in were issues that they could profit from. well, maybe except for Panlilio

  5. anol says:

what do you think of mar’s padyak image and publicity re engagement with corina?

  6. Licia says:

Our country needs a leader who has a genuine concern for the people nd is truly passionate for GOD nd country nd there’s no other one but BRO EDDIE VILLANUEVA. We have already tasted diff. kinds of presidents as to qualifications in various aspects but our beloved Phils is getting worse. Beloved Filipinos, Let’s dream of a new Phils.! in erap’s new commercial endorsing arthro, he runs past a trisikad. does this mean his camp thinks roxas will be his main opponent at the home stretch?

it seems erap’s people believe anybody supported by the administration will be trounced by the opposition if it fields only one candidate.

however, i don’t think this will happen with the way the roxas and villar camps are campaigning today.

this will possibly lead to a four-way fight for the presidency: the administration candidate, erap, roxas, and villar.

if this happens, erap will likely get the support of tycoons like danding, gachalian, lucio tan, and the like …

however, other big businessmen like the ayalas, lopezes, aboitizes etc. will likely bet on acceptable candidates who can defeat erap.

will they go for gma’s candidate? i don’t think so. villar? maybe. but being an araneta, roxas will be attractive to them.

if the arthro commercial is an indicator, it seems the erap camp anticipates a possible erap-roxas race at the homestretch. this commercial would be handy in convincing people he could run faster than the padyak to the finish line.
