The new City of Naga in southern Cebu is proud to present the First Pastores de Naga Christmas Festival. Organized by PRWorks, the Festival revives the age-old Pastores tradition and turn it into the grandest Yuletide celebration in Cebu this December 2007.

I have seen the ” Pastores de Naga presenration during the ” Suroy-Suroy Sugbo ” 2008 . I was very impressed to see the young boys & girls dance the ” pastores” which i use to see during Christmas carolling during my childhood.
I had the chance to have a chat with our Gov. Gwen Garcia how this generation of the family kept this tradition practice until now .
The hospitality was just terrific with a native merienda . Thank you so much
